What It’s For
Beginning students can often be intimidated by simple questions, like “how are you?” or “where are you from?”. This document is one I typically send to my beginning and pre-intermediate students. It immediately makes them more comfortable by giving them the tools they need to express what they mean.
What It Contains
This list of phrases is divided into several different categories. These include: phrases I often use in lessons, phrases to say hello and goodbye, phrases to introduce yourself, and phrases to ask for basic information. Each section includes several of the most common, everyday responses in these subjects.
